Care that needs time
Many women’s health concerns involve symptoms, history, goals, options and follow-up. The site and booking flow are structured to make that clearer before the appointment.
About the clinic
Her Health & Aesthetics is designed for patients who need practical care, careful explanation and a clear next step rather than a rushed appointment. Established by Dr Virginia French to provide healthcare that maximises female autonomy and confidence.
Clinic Environment
We have designed a calm and comfortable space where patients can feel relaxed and supported during their care.

Reviewed examples use non-patient clinic imagery until consented clinical images are ready for publication.
Clinic philosophy
Our care keeps appointment choice, patient safety and clear expectations visible across every major pathway.
Many women’s health concerns involve symptoms, history, goals, options and follow-up. The site and booking flow are structured to make that clearer before the appointment.
Some pathways involve counselling, preparation, prescriptions, insertion, removal, replacement or follow-up rather than one simple appointment type.
Aesthetic care starts with suitability, risk and realistic expectations. Public content avoids outcome guarantees and restricted prescription medicine promotion.

These links help patients find current practitioners and service areas. The full appointment catalogue stays on the booking and service pages so this page remains easy to scan.

General Practitioner & Founder
Dr French has over twenty years’ experience as a medical professional. Her first career was as a scientist: first as a researcher in molecular virology followed by work in clinical pathology. After medical school and internship in Australia she moved to the United Kingdom where she took up a variety of roles including clinical governance, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, community gynaecology and sexual health, general practice, and clinical forensic medicine.
Upon her return to Australia, she re-integrated into the health system as a primary care physician (GP) and aesthetic physician, opening her new clinic in 2022. Her clinic focusses on healthcare that maximises female autonomy and confidence.

General Practitioner
Dr Alladi is a general practitioner with additional skills and training in women’s health. Like Dr French, she trained and practised in the United Kingdom. She has a special interest in women’s health and family planning, including procedures such as intrauterine device insertions and removals.
She has undertaken extensive training in menopause medicine and understands the impact of symptoms. Dr Alladi speaks English, Hindi and Telugu.

Registered Nurse
Katie is an experienced aesthetic nurse who works with patients through consultation-first aesthetic care, realistic expectations and careful aftercare discussion.
She has undertaken additional training in skin rejuvenation methods and scar management. In addition to her 8+ years in aesthetic practice, Katie brings several decades of experience in intensive care nursing both in the United Kingdom and Australia.

Trichologist
Sarah treats hair loss and scalp disorders. She has many years’ hair experience and works with Dr French to provide testing and treatment planning, with prescribing support from Dr French or another medical practitioner where clinically appropriate. She understands the distress of hair loss and will support your journey.

Skin and aesthetic practitioner
Daniela supports the clinic’s consultation-first skin pathways, including skin assessment, laser and redness concerns, microneedling, radiofrequency needling, peels, light-emitting diode treatments and returning-patient skin review pathways.

No, a referral is not required to book most appointments at our clinic, including aesthetic consultations and general health reviews. If you are seeking a Medicare rebate for a specific specialist pathway, please check our fees page or contact our administration team for help.
Our approach prioritises patient safety, realistic expectations and clear consent. We emphasise extended consultation times so patients can understand treatment options, likely recovery, limitations and post-procedure care before proceeding.
We operate as a dedicated women’s health and aesthetics clinic rather than a standard general practice. We focus on specific pathways such as menopause management, complex contraceptive care, and aesthetic medicine. Patients should use our booking page to ensure their concern matches our service areas.
Some procedure pathways, such as intrauterine device insertions or advanced skin treatments, require counselling, preparation, or a review consultation before the actual procedure appointment. Our booking page explains the safest first step for each pathway.
It is the safest path for choosing women’s health care, menopause support, intrauterine device or contraceptive implant appointments, aesthetic consultations, or repeat prescription requests.
